This event brought together 240 participants from some sixty countries representing various Christian denominations. "The GCF brings together the most unlikely groups of believers: Evangelicals and Reformed Christians, Orthodox and Pentecostal, Roman Catholic and mega-churches, from the Global North and the Global South, from persecuted communities and large cathedrals. It is the Holy Spirit who calls us together; it is the Holy Spirit who gives us the gift of each other, so that we might know and experience the grace of God through one another. Ultimately, God gathers us together for a shared purpose: So the world may know Jesus Christ through our witness and fellowship.”
