Wat zou de rol van christenen moeten zijn in hun betrokkenheid voor vrede en rechtvaardigheid\/gerechtigheid in de samenleving? Hoe kunnen we veranderingen tot stand laten komen op een geweldloze manier? Geconfronteerd met deze kwestie, die zeer actueel is voor veel landen, kunnen we steunen op het voorbeeld van de “Vreedzame Revolutie” in Oost-Duitsland in 1989. De mobilisatie van de christenen, katholieken en protestanten in gebed en het organiseren van grote vreedzame demonstraties, was instrumenteel in het terugdringen van de Berlijnse Muur, en het geweldloze einde van 40 jaar dictatuur.<\/p>\n
