Pentecost for Unity (Japonais)

During this Pentecost weekend, from 30th May to 1st June 2009, several thousand people from 45 countries of the International Ecumenical Fraternity gathered in France, at the Cenacle in Tigery and in Paris, to celebrate together the coming of the Holy Spirit, a 'Pentecost for unity'!
At this event, in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Montmartre, Cardinal Walter Kasper, president of the Pontifical Council for the promotion of Unity of Christians, ordained 8 priests of the Chemin Neuf Community and Father Laurent Fabre, founder and leader of the Community, welcomed the life commitments of 40 brothers and sisters of the Community.
