Cardinal Tagle's homily on July 31, 2023 at the Welcome to Paradise festival in Portimão, Portugal.

Archbishop Luis Antonio Tagle was appointed Archbishop of Manila in 2011 and Cardinal in 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. He has been a priest since 1982. He brilliantly obtained his doctorate in theology with a thesis on episcopal collegiality, one of the key ideas of the Second Vatican Council.
Particularly close to young people, he is not afraid to say what he thinks and to show his emotions.
